What began in 2005 as two hardworking friends helping clean up storm debris has grown into one of Wichita's premier tree care companies. Founded by Michael Huffman and William Belshe, Huff's Tree Service was built on hard work, integrity, and a passion for arboriculture. Michael is a KAA-certified commercial arborist who enjoys that no two days are ever the same. He loves meeting new people, learning their stories, and hearing the memories they share about the established trees on their properties. Through networking, industry experience, and a commitment to continuous learning, Michael has helped shape Huff’s Tree Service into the trusted company it is today.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
Preston Pfeifer
PLANT HEALTHCARE MANAGER
Preston is a Wichita native with an extensive background in agriculture and holds a degree from Fort Hays State University. Over the years, he has expanded his expertise and become a licensed professional in tree and lawn care. Preston enjoys meeting new people, building lasting relationships, and helping customers find the best solutions for their properties. Whether he's on the job or enjoying his free time, he loves spending time outdoors and staying active whenever possible.

Stephanie keeps the office running smoothly by overseeing daily operations with exceptional organization and attention to detail. Her proactive approach, strong leadership, and commitment to efficiency help keep the team on track and ensure excellent service for every customer. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling with family and friends. She is always eager for new adventures and values the opportunity to explore new destinations while creating lasting memories along the way.

William is an ISA-certified and KAA-certified commercial arborist who enjoys connecting with customers and helping them understand the importance of proper tree care. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and educating homeowners on how to maintain healthy, safe, and beautiful landscapes.
Outside of work, William enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, boating, fishing, biking, and cheering on his children in their sports. He also enjoys grilling and smoking food, especially wild game.

Cody brings 15 years of experience in the trades, including six years in the green industry. As an ISA-certified professional specializing in Plant Health Care, Cody combines his hands-on experience in agriculture and horticulture with a strong passion for helping plants and landscapes thrive. His background includes working as an Orchard Manager and 1.5 years working with farm irrigation systems.
Cody attended Independence Community College and enjoys putting his practical knowledge to work in the field. Outside of work, he enjoys aquaponics, organic gardening, and playing disc golf.
